We Stand Together
The United Taxidermist Association is an international organization with thousands of members worldwide. We have no boundaries. Our vision is to unite, promote, and champion the needs of taxidermists and those that support and strengthen us where ever we are.
In the next week or so the members in the respective States should receive a ballot and ballot instructions as well as a return envelope. You may nominate yourself or anyone from your respective region and may vote for one individual from your region and one for member at large.
Note: You need to be a member to run for office.
Upper Midwest Region – IL, IN, WI, MN, MI, IA, SD, NE
Northwest Region – WY, MT, ID, OR, WA, AK, ND
Southwest Region – NM, CO, UT, AZ, NV, CA, HI
Member at Large
The UTA grew from the need for unity and professionalism within the taxidermy industry. In art, unity occurs when all of the elements combine to make a balanced, harmonious, complete whole. The UTA creates that unity, a place for all individuals to come together for the betterment of the industry and those that support it.
It’s no coincidence that the UTA starts with You! Be a part of the most positive force in taxidermy. Join the United Taxidermist Association today. www.unitedtaxidermyassociation.com
This year, the Member at Large is up for election. This person may be from any region and all members may vote for this individual. So, some of you will receive two ballots and others only one. Additional information will be included with your election packets.
If you do not receive a packet and believe that you are in a region where voting is happening, please contact Craig Lewis, 509-995- 6299. Or firstname.lastname@example.org
Our election is handled by an independent CPA and ballots are sent to that individual for counting and tabulation. Once completed the ballots are sealed and not opened unless there is a challenge.
The UTA is a busy organization. Board members do have tasks that they complete.
The term of office is 3 years.
